Cross-institutional Action Learning was an idea that was discussed at the North West Staff Developers Network meeting in March.  I offered to put together an approach and lead on getting it off the ground.  I have been in contact with Martin Plant as he delivers a wicked Action Learning Training Course, and he has offered to be involved in the delivery of a workshop/webinar,
