Action Learning Training
6th July from 1.00 - 3.00 pm and 19th July from 1.00 - 3.00 pm
Action Learning is a process that involves a small group working on real problems, taking action, and learning as individuals, as a team, and as an organisation. It helps organisations develop creative, flexible and successful strategies to pressing problems.
Would you like to organise, facilitate or participate in action learning sets? If so, you are invited to attend a two part training session to explore how you might utilise action learning.
The training will be delivered by Tracy Ellis, Organisational Developer, The Academy, University of Liverpool who has led the North West Cross Institutional Action Learning Set Programme since 2017 – www.highereducationactionlearning.co.uk
Aim:
To provide those who are using considering action learning with the understanding and skills to be able to run effective action learning set meetings.

On completion of the training participants will be able to:
The training will be delivered via 2 x 2-hour sessions on zoom. The first session will cover the concept of action learning, the process and the role of those involved. The second session will provide an opportunity to get involved in an action learning set meeting.
